The Historic Speedway Group will meet on the 2nd TUESDAY of the month. That is a change from Monday to Tuesday. The next meeting will be TUESDAY March 10. We will still meet at the Efland Ruritan Club at the corner of Forrest and Hwy 70 By-Pass. We encourage ALL members to attend when they can. An exciting event is in the planning stages and your help is needed! If you can't attend meetings but could help us sell an ad or two for the yearbook - that would be great! If you have an idea for a story, pictures, etc. we could use in the yearbook, please send us an email or contact Sue Weiss, LaVerne Zachary or Lonnie Holt at: mailto:[email protected]
The February meeting will be on Monday, February 9th at the Ruritan Club in Efland at 7:00 PM.
We are starting our plans for the 2015 annual event to be held on September 26. If you are currently a member, we need you to attend the meetings...if you are not a member yet and would like to become a member, please come.
Help the Historic Speedway Group keep the memories of dirt track racing at Occoneechee Speedway alive!
